Honey can be shipped directly to you where available.

Shipping charges are calculated separately from the price of the honey. Each jar is carefully packaged to help protect it during delivery.

Orders are normally prepared as quickly as possible after payment is received.

Orders are normally prepared within 2 business days, excluding holidays and announced closures.

Incorrect or damaged orders
Please contact us within [3] days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product. Include your order number and photos when possible.

Returns
Because honey is a food product, products cannot be returned. Provide photo of damaged shipments, order errors, and any non-returnable products.
